From you: your name, email and country. About your child: first name, year of birth if you give it, the exam and date, their favourites, the look of their character, and their practice answers and timings. We collect children's details from the parent or guardian, who holds the account.
To build and run the course, send you reports and emails about it, handle payment and support, and keep the service secure. For UK and EU families our legal bases are contract and legitimate interests, and consent where a law requires it.
We don't sell data, show ads to children, or use a child's data to target advertising. Our questions and reports run without sending your child's details to AI services.
Amazon Web Services (hosting and email), Cloudflare (security), PayPal or Razorpay (payment), Plausible (cookie-free page counts). We don't see card details.
While the course runs and for 12 months after, then we delete it, unless you ask sooner. Payment records are kept as tax law requires. Demo data is deleted after a day.
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data and your child's by emailing [email protected]. In the UK or EU you can also complain to your data protection authority.
